Gets payment and deposit requests associated with the wallet.

User requests connection, or null if not available

For reconciliation, keep the request IDs returned when you initiate an operation and use the corresponding lookup method, such as getLightningReceiveRequest(). If a history query is unexpectedly empty, check the wallet identity, network, filters, and authentication errors before treating it as proof that no requests exist. Do not discard a stored pending payment solely because it is missing from a list response.
