# clearViewerIdentityPublicKey

> Revokes the current viewer grant.

Revokes the current viewer grant. This does not change `privateEnabled`: if privacy is off, public clients can still read the wallet.

## Method signature

```typescript theme={null}
async clearViewerIdentityPublicKey(): Promise<WalletSettings | undefined>
```

Returns the updated settings, or `undefined` if no settings were returned. To confirm the configured key, call `const settings = await wallet.getWalletSettings()` and inspect `settings?.viewerIdentityPublicKey`.
